How the work moves, step by step.

Storyboards of the paths people take most, each step a real screen state. Scroll a row sideways to follow it; the blue ring marks what the step is about.

From sign-up to export

A new account makes its first video: start from a template, edit, ask Claude, review the change and export.

10 stepsSign-upHomeEditorClaudeExport

1Sign up

Email and a password; the video on the right shows what you’ll make.

2Confirm your email

Six digits from the email, then Continue.

3Land on Home

A new account starts empty, with formats and templates up top.

4Create from a template

Product launch opens a 16:9 project with sections, a score and copy in place.

5Edit

Select a layer on the stage or the timeline; the inspector shows its style.

6Ask Claude

Press / and say what to change. The selection is what “this” means.

7Claude works

The composer glows while Claude builds the edit.

8Review the proposal

The change previews on the canvas. Apply keeps it, one undo step per change; Discard drops it.

9Export

Pick a format: MP4 for most uses, 4K or the project file when you need them.

10Render

Every frame renders on this device, with your fonts and soundtrack.

Replace a sound effect

Swap one cue’s sound and choose what happens to its length: keep the cue’s timing, or let the new sound play at its own length.

5 stepsTimelineSound tabLibrary

1Turn on sound effects

Sync sound effects to motion puts a cue on every entrance, landing and exit.

2Select a cue

The Sound tab opens: volume, pitch, length and when the cue plays.

3Find a sound

Search the library. Choose Keep length or Natural length before you pick.

4aKeep length Default

Whoosh is fitted to the old cue’s 90 ms, so nothing else moves.

4bNatural length

Whoosh plays its full 380 ms and swells into the hit, starting earlier.

Keep length

Use it when the cue is tied to a cut or a beat. The new sound is stretched or squeezed to fit, so timing stays exact.

Natural length

Use it when the sound should breathe: risers, whooshes and long tails. It plays as recorded and may overlap its neighbours.

Make a seamless loop of a range

Mark the part you want, hear it on repeat, ease the end back into the start and export just that range.

5 stepsI and OProject tabExport

1Mark in

Put the playhead where the loop starts and press I.

2Mark out

Press O at the end. Loop marked range turns on, so the range plays on repeat while you work.

3Make it seamless

In Project, Canvas, set Loop to Seamless. Rewind sets how long the ease back to the first frame takes.

4Export the range

With a range marked, the export sheet offers Marked range or Whole video.

5Render

The marked range renders on this device.

Gap to close. Seamless eases the end of the whole video back to its first frame, not the marked range’s. A range in the middle exports with a cut at the seam. A Seamless option on the marked range itself, or a “Trim to range” step before it, would make this flow do what it says.

Add a shader from the library

Shaders are backgrounds and filters: they sit behind your layers, or change what’s under them.

3 stepsToolbarLibraryInspector

1Open the library

Add shader in the toolbar opens the library, grouped and searchable.

2Preview

Hover a tile to preview it; the star keeps a favourite at the top.

3Add

Click to add. Aurora becomes a clip behind your type, its colours and speed in the inspector.
